📦 Packaging

• All items are carefully packaged to protect your handmade pieces in transit.

• We aim to use minimal and eco-friendly packaging materials where possible.

🌐 Customs, VAT & Import Duties

For UK Customers:

• For orders under €150 (approx. £135):
  We are required to collect UK VAT (20%) at checkout. This amount will be included in your total price, and no VAT is due upon delivery.

• For orders over €150:
  We do not collect VAT at checkout. You will be responsible for paying VAT and any customs duties when your order arrives in the UK. Your local postal or courier service will contact you for payment before delivery.

For All Other International Customers:

• You are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in your country.

• These charges are not included in your order total unless otherwise stated.

• Customs policies vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure.
