🌿 Honest Pricing

Over the past year, I’ve struggled a lot with how to price my handmade jewelry.

Selling on platforms like Etsy and other online marketplaces comes with many hidden costs — listing fees, transaction fees, advertising fees, payment processing fees, and even fees taken from the shipping you already paid. I was also advised to leave room for promotions, discounts, wholesale pricing, and future sales.

Trying to calculate all of this has brought me a lot of stress.

At the same time, I realized something important:
what I truly enjoy is creating — working with my hands, taking time, and making beautiful pieces with care and intention. And locally, I’ve always sold my work for a much more honest and accessible price.

So for 2026, I’ve decided to do things differently.

Transparent pricing on my website

  • Promotion codes for handmade jewelry will be discontinued

  • I will no longer offer free shipping

  • The price you see on my website is the final price — no hidden margins, no artificial inflation

Cabochons are an exception: because stones are difficult to track and price individually, cabochon prices on my website remain the same as on Etsy. You can enjoy 10% off cabochons with the code JOY10 at checkout.

On Etsy, prices will remain higher, as the platform takes a significant percentage from each sale, including listing, transaction, advertising, and shipping fees. For this reason, I gently encourage you to purchase directly from my website whenever possible — it supports my work more directly.

Please also know that photographing, filming, and preparing listings takes a lot of time and energy. Some pieces you see on Instagram may not yet appear on my website. If something catches your eye, feel free to message me directly — I’m always happy to help. I will continue doing my best to keep the website updated.

Thank you for your support, your understanding, and for valuing handmade work 🤍

With love,
Mina
