    Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

    Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
